I will help you identify your obstacles, use your strengths, set goals and create a tactical plan to maximize your potential. Sometimes it requires that we dig deeper into your history, see where things might be rooted in order to create new practices. We could have a single power session, schedule several to tackle larger challenges, or have continuous sessions. It is entirely up to you.
Person-Centered Coaching is the approach I use in order to dig into the areas you would like to change. Sometimes its obvious and straightforward, and other times it might be buried under life-long habits. Either way, we will uncover your true desires in order to guide you on a path forward. This could include a new career, communicating effectively (professionally and personally), negotiating salary/asking for a raise, self-care, relationship conflicts, wellness + diet. We’ll cut through the chaos to bring clarity to your life.

Working with Me
It’s all about you. Our time together is your time to put your pieces on the table, unload and share your true desires. I will listen, ask hard questions and be straightforward. I want to get to the root of your frustrations, to challenge you to start living the life you really want.
Psychotherapy sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes via TherapyNotes, while Coaching sessions are 60 minutes via Zoom or FaceTime. I believe assigning homework keeps our work together continuous in between sessions. This generally involves putting into practice new habits that align with the shifts you would like to make.

8 Sessions - A Deeper Dive
We will work for a two-month period to address challenges that require greater attention, with email support in between sessions.
15 Sessions - Transformation
We will work to fully transform your health, wellness, and dig into ongoing obstacles to create a roadmap for happiness and success, with email support in between sessions.
